We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager to join the team. If you have a keen eye for detail, managing advertising campaigns, and a love for computer games, this is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in the gaming industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement advertising campaign strategies for auction-based platforms including Google Adsense, Apple, and Facebook;
  • Plan for a potential acquisition of mobile traffic through platforms like Mintegral, Ironsource, Adcolony, AppLovin, Unity, Chartboost, etc.;
  • Manage, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns;
  • Assess traffic quality and evaluate the effectiveness of advertising campaigns;
  • Meet established KPIs;
  • Explore strategies for scaling volumes and optimizing key metrics;
  • Innovate new procurement approaches, test hypotheses, create technical specifications, and assign design tasks;
  • Prepare weekly reports.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in UA Manager position;
  • Experience in managing advertising campaigns focused on achieving KPIs (CPI, CPA, ROI, etc.) across various in-app sources, with a priority on Google Adsense, Apple, and Facebook; 
  • Proficiency in conducting A/B tests;
  • Proficient in Excel;
  • Experience working with mobile games (mid-core, non-hyper casual);
  • Proficiency in Adjust, Appsflyer, SKAD, understanding of traffic attribution principles and cohort analysis;
  • Active team player with strong collaboration skills;
  • Ability to work with large volumes of information, including multitasking.

Bonus points for

  • Experience with platforms like Mintegral, Ironsource, Adcolony, AppLovin, Unity, Chartboost;
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with tables;
  • Resilience and ability to iterate continuous tests of creative approaches;
  • Demonstrated cases with high ROI;
  • Experience with large budgets.
