Our client is a product-focused company building AI solutions for businesses that want to move from experimentation to real operational impact. Inovara works on practical AI adoption, helping clients design and implement intelligent systems that improve workflows, automate manual processes, and create measurable business value in production environments.

They are looking for an AI-Native Technical Delivery Lead who can take full ownership of delivering client AI or automation solutions — from handover through to launch and beyond. This is a hands-on role, where delivery is not managed from a distance. Instead, it involves actively working with the codebase, leveraging AI-native development tools (such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) to build proof of concepts, develop MVPs, and help unblock technical challenges when needed. At the same time, the role requires a strong delivery mindset — bringing structure to projects through clear scope management, resource coordination, quality assurance, and well-organized handovers. The ideal candidate combines technical execution with leadership: providing direction to the team, stepping in when needed, and ensuring progress is maintained even in fast-paced environments. Experience with AI tools and methodologies is expected to be an integral part of how the candidate works — not as an experiment, but as a practical way to move quickly and deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities

Own the delivery
- Take end-to-end responsibility for delivering solutions on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations;
- Maintain a clear and up-to-date view of progress, blockers, and risks;
- Proactively raise and escalate issues when needed to keep delivery on track.
Get hands-on with AI-native tools
- Use AI-powered development tools (Cursor, Claude Code or similar) on a daily basis to prototype, build PoCs, and develop MVPs early in the engagement;
- Build and configure AI agents to automate repetitive delivery tasks such as test generation, code review, bug triage, and documentation scaffolding;
- Explore and evaluate new AI tools and frameworks, helping the team focus on what truly adds value;
- Stay hands-on with the codebase when needed — contributing directly to unblock progress or move critical pieces forward.
Manage resources
- Coordinate and guide internal engineers, QA, and specialists;
- Work with external vendors when needed, including briefing, reviewing outputs, and ensuring alignment with requirements;
- Ensure the right people are involved at the right stages of the project.
Protect the scope
- Maintain clarity on scope and ensure alignment with agreed deliverables;
- Capture out-of-scope requests and guide them through the appropriate change process;
- Collaborate with Client Solutions when scope or commercial adjustments are required.
Client communication
- Support Client Solutions with accurate and timely technical updates;
- Proactively highlight risks or delays to ensure transparency;
- Participate in key client interactions where technical input is needed.
Quality and sign-off
- Ensure UAT is properly planned and executed;
- Confirm that solutions meet the acceptance criteria defined during Discovery;
- Support a quality-first approach and ensure readiness before launch and sign-off.
Handover and documentation
- Ensure all technical documentation, handover materials, and training assets are prepared before launch;
- Enable a smooth transition so the client can confidently operate and build on the solution independently.
What the Technical Delivery Lead is not
- Not responsible for commercial negotiations or contract changes (handled by Client Solutions);
- Not expected to build everything independently, but comfortable contributing hands-on when needed;
- Not a passive coordinator — this role requires active ownership of outcomes.

Requirements

5+ years of proven experience delivering technical projects end-to-end, ideally in a consulting or agency environment;
Strong hands-on technical skills, with the ability to work in codebases such as Next.js, TypeScript, or Python;
Experience using AI-native development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) in day-to-day work;
Experience building or configuring AI agents for development workflows (e.g. automated code review, test generation, documentation);
Ability to manage scope, timelines, and resources across multiple workstreams while maintaining quality;
Experience working with external vendors;
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear updates;
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities;
Upper-Intermediate English, both verbal and written.
