We are looking for a skilled Sales Manager to join our team and own full-cycle, relationship-driven sales for the US market. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term partnerships rather than chasing one-off deals.

You will work with IT startups and fast-growing tech companies across the US, helping them scale their teams through recruiting and staff augmentation services. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with full ownership of the sales process — from first outreach to long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from initial prospecting and discovery to pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Proactively build and develop a robust sales pipeline through consistent outbound outreach and professional networking.
  • Establish and nurture long-term, trustworthy relationships with key decision-makers at US-based startups and IT companies.
  • Deeply understand client hiring requirements and effectively tailor and position Agile Fuel's recruiting and staff augmentation services to meet those needs.
  • Drive account expansion by maintaining ongoing client relationships and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Continuously refine and evolve Agile Fuel's sales strategy by implementing new tactics and solutions to optimize sales cycles, improve win rates, and maximize overall revenue growth.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, and market challenges.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in consultative sales, preferably in SaaS, recruiting agencies, or tech-related services.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding established sales quotas.
  • A strong, existing professional network within US-based startups or IT companies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to establish trust and credibility with founders and key stakeholders.
  • A growth-oriented mindset, proactively seeking opportunities for continuous performance enhancement and professional development.

Bonus points for

  • Proven experience in selling recruiting or staff augmentation services.
  • Deep understanding of technical roles, common hiring challenges, and the specifics of the recruiting process.
