They are looking for a Junior Sales Research Specialist to join their Research and AI Demand Generation team. In this role, you will support lead research, lead generation, data enrichment, and outbound campaign preparation by researching target companies, contacts, industries, and buyer personas. You will help build, clean, organize, and enrich prospect lists using AI tools. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, curious, organized, and excited about using AI tools to improve research workflows. You do not need to be a senior AI expert, but you should be comfortable learning new platforms, testing AI-assisted research methods, improving prompts and repeatable processes, and suggesting practical ways to make lead generation work faster, more accurate, and more scalable.

Responsibilities

  • Research target companies, contacts, industries, and buyer personas to support sales and demand generation activities;
  • Build, clean, organize, and enrich lead lists with accurate and up-to-date prospect data;
  • Support outbound campaigns by preparing well-researched company and contact information;
  • Use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Clay, LinkedIn, spreadsheets, CRM platforms, company websites, and lead databases for research, data enrichment, personalization, and workflow optimization;
  • Review and improve the quality, accuracy, and completeness of prospect and lead data;
  • Follow existing research processes while identifying practical ways to make them faster, clearer, and more efficient;
  • Test AI-assisted research methods, prompts, and workflows to reduce manual work and improve lead quality;
  • Document repeatable research steps and suggest process improvements for the team.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, prospect research, sales research, demand generation, data enrichment, or a similar role;
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms;
  • Familiarity with Clay or a strong willingness to learn Clay quickly;
  • Strong online research skills and ability to find accurate company and contact information;
  • Experience working with spreadsheets, CRM data, prospect lists, or lead databases.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy;
  • Ability to follow documented processes while also identifying ways to improve them.
  • Good written English communication skills;
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment;
  • Curiosity about AI, automation, and workflow optimization;
  • Upper-Intermediate English, both verbal and written.

Bonus points for

  • Experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms;
  • Experience supporting B2B sales, marketing, growth, or demand generation teams;
  • Experience creating or improving SOPs, research workflows, or process documentation;
  • Basic understanding of outbound sales, buyer personas, segmentation, and email personalization;
  • Experience using AI prompts for research, summarization, personalization, or data enrichment;
  • Prior experience working with U.S.-based or international teams;
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS, technology, consulting, research, or professional services industries.
