They are looking for a Junior Sales Research Specialist to join their Research and AI Demand Generation team. In this role, you will support lead research, lead generation, data enrichment, and outbound campaign preparation by researching target companies, contacts, industries, and buyer personas. You will help build, clean, organize, and enrich prospect lists using AI tools. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, curious, organized, and excited about using AI tools to improve research workflows. You do not need to be a senior AI expert, but you should be comfortable learning new platforms, testing AI-assisted research methods, improving prompts and repeatable processes, and suggesting practical ways to make lead generation work faster, more accurate, and more scalable.
