Our client is an AI consultancy working exclusively with direct selling companies across the UK, Europe, and the US. They provide embedded AI leadership, assess how a business currently operates, and deliver the platforms and programmes needed to turn AI opportunities into practical results.

Their team combines direct selling experience with AI expertise. They believe AI should complement existing teams and strengthen relationships rather than replace people or introduce unnecessary complexity.

They are looking for a Delivery Manager to own delivery across both their internal platform and the solutions they build for clients. You will decide what gets built and in what order, translate requirements into actionable work, keep engineers moving, and ensure clients always understand the status of delivery.

Responsibilities

Define delivery priorities and decide what should be built next in collaboration with the founders and Engineering team;
Turn meeting outcomes and client requirements into clear, developer-ready tickets;
Run sprint planning, maintain the backlog, and keep priorities realistic and up to date;
Translate client requirements into scopes of work, including effort estimates, timelines, resource needs, and commercial structure, and manage them through to signature;
Own the intake of new client work and coordinate its delivery through the business and Engineering team;
Track delivery across all active projects and manage day-to-day execution, including stand-ups, blockers, risks, dependencies, and scope changes;
Plan resources for discovery projects;
Turn discovery findings into client-facing reports and proposed solutions, present them to clients, and secure approval;
Build and maintain project plans in Asana, including milestones, dependencies, timelines, and resource allocation;
Keep clients informed and manage expectations, including when timelines change or difficult decisions need to be communicated;
Own project handover, documentation, and post-project support arrangements;
Help clients and colleagues integrate AI into their day-to-day workflows.

Requirements

4+ years of experience managing the delivery of software, data, or digital product projects, ideally in a client-facing consultancy environment;
Hands-on experience with Asana or a comparable project delivery platform, including backlog management, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation;
Practical knowledge of Agile delivery, including sprint planning, backlog management, stand-ups, and scope-change control;
Daily, practical use of AI to improve delivery, communication, analysis, or internal workflows;
Experience with AI and workflow automation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, Make, or equivalent platforms;
Strong product thinking and the ability to contribute to decisions about what should be built, not only when it should be delivered;
Experience creating scopes of work, project estimates, timelines, delivery plans, and client-facing documentation;
Strong resource planning, dependency management, risk management, and prioritisation skills;
Semi-technical understanding: the ability to read solution designs and architecture diagrams and discuss technical approaches, dependencies, and effort with engineers;
Experience helping clients or colleagues adopt AI tools in their day-to-day work;
Strong written communication and confidence producing scopes of work, discovery reports, project updates, and other client-facing documents;
Confidence working with founders, senior client stakeholders, and engineering teams, including when communicating risks, delays, or difficult news;
A pragmatic approach to process, with the ability to introduce structure without unnecessary meetings or ceremonies;
Comfort working in a small, fast-changing company where responsibilities may evolve quickly;
Upper-Intermediate English or higher (B2+), both written and spoken.
