• ARIA product development
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the AI Health Assessment methodology, working with the team to strengthen how assessments are delivered, scored
    and scaled;
  • Analyse engagement data to identify patterns, trends and opportunities to improve the methodology across engagements;
  • Work with the engineering team on platform improvements, helping translate methodology requirements into product features;
  • Support the broader development of the ARIA framework and assessment platform as the product matures.
    
• Consulting delivery support
  • Support senior consultants in preparing for consulting engagements: pulling together workshop materials, briefing packs, deliverable drafts and
    presentation content;
  • Help structure and produce client-facing deliverables for AI Health Assessments, AI Foundations and AI Governance engagements;
  • Process and organise engagement data: interview notes, signal capture, assessment outputs and analysis that feeds into the final narrative;
  • Ensure deliverables are well-structured, logically sound and ready for senior review.
• Project delivery
  • Support the delivery of client projects as needed, coordinating workstreams, tracking progress and ensuring milestones are met;
  • Translate client requirements into clear, well-scoped work packages;
  • Maintain visibility on project status, risks and dependencies.
• Client-facing delivery
  • Present elements of workshops, walk clients through specific sections of the Health Assessment and co-facilitate sessions alongside senior consultants;
  • Build confidence and credibility in client-facing settings, leveraging analytical depth and structured thinking.
• AI tools and automation
  • Use AI tools (Claude, GPT and similar) to accelerate analysis, deliverable production and data processing;
  • Identify opportunities to automate and improve internal processes, particularly around assessment delivery and reporting workflows;
  • Stay current on AI tools and techniques relevant to consulting delivery and product development.

• 2+ years of experience in consulting, analytics, delivery, or related roles, ideally within tech, professional services, or technology delivery environments;
• Logical, analytical problem-solver. You see how things work (or don't) and systematically improve them;
• Strong at pulling complex work together. Workshop materials, deliverables, assessment frameworks: you take scattered inputs and produce structured outputs;
• Detail-oriented and reliable. When you take something on, it gets done properly;
• Comfortable working with structured methodologies and assessment frameworks. You pick up complex models quickly and look for ways to improve them;
• Upper-Intermediate English, both verbal and written;
• Willing to get stuck into whatever needs doing. You don't wait to be asked.

• Familiarity with AI strategy, governance or assessment frameworks;
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for analysis, automation or content production;
